Our Story
At Ledaluna Pizza Workshop, we are passionate about creating the best pizza. We started making pizzas in our kitchen for family and friends and soon our pizzas were loved by all and decided to turn our passion into a business.
Our Ingredients
We believe that using high-quality, fresh ingredients is the key to making great pizza. That's why we source our ingredients from local suppliers. Our dough is made over a period of 24-48 hours and we use real full fat mozzarella and sun rippened italian tomatoes. All cold cuts are locally sourced.
